We ship to selected markets across North America, Europe, and Australia & New Zealand. The available options for your address are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact info@eipnare.com before ordering.

Order Cutoff & Processing Time

  • Order cutoff: 00:00 (UTC+8) — orders placed today enter processing on the next business day.
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Transit time is counted in business days from dispatch, in addition to the processing time above:

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: a flat US$6.99 per order.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders of US$60 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
  • Express shipping: a flat US$12.99 per order, where available.
