How long does shipping take?

All orders are delivered within 7–16 business days depending on your destination. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Can I get my order faster?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders of $60+ or more within the U.S. and Canada.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Click the link to track your package in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to over 25 markets across the United Kingdom, the European Union, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact info@eipnare.com and we'll do our best to help.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

What's the difference between jogger and straight-leg pants?

Jogger pants have an elastic waistband and tapered ankle cuffs for a modern, slim fit. Straight-leg pants offer a more traditional silhouette with a relaxed drape from hip to hem.

What fabrics do you use?

We offer three fabric options: Performance Stretch (95% Polyester / 5% Spandex), Soft-Touch Blend (72% Polyester / 21% Rayon / 7% Spandex), and Knit Comfort (same tri-blend in a knit construction). Learn more on our Fabric Technology page.

Are your scrubs wrinkle-resistant?

Yes. All Eipnare fabrics are engineered to resist wrinkles, so you look polished through even the longest shifts.

How should I wash my scrubs?

Machine wash cold or warm, tumble dry low, no bleach, no fabric softener. See our full Care Instructions for fabric-specific guidance.
