Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns & exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns or exchanges.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@eipnare.com and we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can make it right. If your return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges: The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period: If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds: We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
