Movement first, then storage
Repeat the motions you make most: reaching to a counter, sitting to chart, bending, walking quickly, and taking stairs. A waistband that feels fine standing can roll or slide while seated. Fit tops and pants separately when needed
Shoulders and bust may point to one size while hips, thighs, rise, or inseam point to another. Choosing separates can make a more stable uniform than forcing a matched tag. Use the current size chart, then test top length with the pant rise. The hem should remain comfortable as you reach and bend without creating excess bulk when seated.
